Guideline to Camera-Ready Submission

1. Either camera-ready (final) manuscript or abstract submitted to the iSTEM-Ed 2025 must be original and unpublished research results, and also not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2. The author should upload below documents through menu “Paper Submission” as follows:
     a) A camera-ready manuscript in MS-Word format between 4-6 pages

     b) A camera-ready manuscript in PDF format between 4-6 pages
     c) A response file against the reviewers’ comments
     d) A rechecked similarity rate result of < 30% (only the first paper with similarity rate > 30%)
     e) A speaker biography file
Note that all camera-ready manuscript must be generated with PDF file using IEEE PDF eXpress. The guideline for using IEEE PDF express tool is described below.

3. One author of each accepted paper must register before early-bird registration deadline and present on-site at the conference, otherwise that paper will not be included in conference database.

4. All camera-ready manuscript must be added with three items before paper submission as follows:
     i) Adding symbol “*” next to a corresponding author as shown below in Fig. 1
     ii) Adding symbol “*” next to a corresponding author as shown below in Fig. 1
     iii) Adding “the respective copyright notice” at the footnote of the first page after case ii) as shown below in Fig. 2

5. All camera-ready manuscript will be published either IEEE Xplore or conference proceeding up to its work quality and contribution, and all abstracts will be published in the conference abstract book. Note that both camera-ready manuscript and abstract must be added (*) next to the author who is responsible to a corresponding author of that work and the camera-ready manuscript with more than 6 pages will be excluded from IEEE Xplore publication.
